Areas of Focus

Every person who sits across from me carries a different story. Here is a closer look at where we often begin.

Anxiety

Anxiety has a way of taking over, showing up as racing thoughts, a tight chest, or a constant sense that something is about to go wrong. We will work together to understand what your anxiety is trying to tell you and build practical, sustainable tools to help your nervous system feel safe again. Sessions often draw on CBT and ACT to help you respond to worry differently, rather than being run by it.

Trauma

Trauma can reshape how safe the world feels, long after the original event has passed. Using EMDR alongside other evidence-based approaches, we will process difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you, never rushing further than you are ready to go. The goal is not to erase your history, but to help you carry it without it running your life.

Chronic Illness Support

Living with a chronic condition brings grief, uncertainty, and a shifting sense of identity that is rarely acknowledged by the people around you. Together we will make space for the full emotional weight of your diagnosis, build coping skills that fit your actual life, and work toward a relationship with your body that feels less like a battle.

Relationships

Whether you are navigating a romantic partnership, family dynamics, or friendships that feel harder than they should, relational patterns often trace back further than we expect. We will look closely at what keeps showing up in your relationships and practice new ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and staying connected.
